City Hall Offices Closed For Training

The interior of City Hall will be closed to the public on January 25 & 26, 2022 while employees undergo software training on the new meter system. Payments can still be made online or dropped off in the dropbox located outside of City Hall during this time. Auto Read Meter Installation

1/10/2022

Starting at noon today, the City of Portageville will be installing the auto read meter system throughout the town. This should be a steady process that is expected to last 2 to 3 weeks. If a problem with installation is encountered at your meter, there may be a short time that you are without water service, but it shouldn't last more than 30 minutes. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
