Rudd Receives Bud Sisson Memorial Police Academy Scholarship

Joanne Sisson, wife of former Mayor Albert E. "Bud" Sisson, presented Portageville's newest officer, Matthew Rudd, with a monetary gift made possible by donations to the Bud Sisson Memorial Police Academy Scholarship Fund.
Matthew Rudd graduated from SEMO Law Enforcement Academy yesterday, and will begin his career with the Portageville Police Department this weekend.
